This project involved demolishing a detached bungalow and construction two contemporary dwellings.
This was a section of land that been left undeveloped. The proposal was to construct a pair of semi-detached houses that were energy efficient and maximised the floor space.
This bungalow was constructed behind a pair of houses. This carefully designed property created good open plan living in a secluded plot whilst also being energy efficient.
This property had not been touched in 30 years. We designed a modern looking extension to create a large open plan living area with large sliding doors and full height windows.
This is a design for a contemporary new house in Essex. This was drawn in Revit and the aim was to create a 4500sqft property which looked great, and is also incredibly energy efficient which included timber frame construction, air source heat pump, solar panels, battery storage, MVHR equipment and EV charging points.
This is a replacement house in Essex. The old property did not maximise the site, and the client wanted a traditional appearence with a modern layout.
